We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Retreat Elcot Park. As a key member of our Spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to our Spa facility.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with show rounds, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Spa reception area.
In addition to providing exceptional guest service, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the Spa is well-stocked with clean towels, linens, and other essential supplies. You will also be required to conduct regular pool and health and safety checks, and to participate in training and team meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests to the Spa in a warm and friendly manner.
- Assist with show rounds and provide information about Spa facilities and services.

- Ensure that the Spa is well-stocked with clean towels, linens, and other essential supplies.
- Conduct regular pool and health and safety checks.
- Participate in training and team meetings as needed.
- Assist with general Spa cleaning duties as required.
