About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our stockroom operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to achieve performance targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the sales floors and store management team to ensure smooth stockroom processes
- Identify and solve problems to drive the highest stockroom and stock processing standards
- Ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible
About You:

You will be a team player who works at their best in a results-driven, fast-paced and challenging environment. You will have the ability to adapt to change quickly, bring the rest of the team on board with new objectives, and stay calm and approachable even under pressure.
