Service Delivery Manager

Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: On-site working

Salary: £40,000-£43,000 per annum + benefits

We are currently working with a large IT Services organisation who require a Service Delivery Manager to join their expanding and busy team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-profile customers using the Managed Service platform. You will maintain and build strong relationships by providing excellent and effective communication both externally and internally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-focused mindset and an exceptional drive to exceed client expectations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts or issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good IT background gained from an equivalent role or similar
  • Demonstrable understanding of service operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with an operational and technical problem-solving orientation.

The role will be on-site full time for the duration of your probation and would then move to a hybrid model thereafter.
