Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, reactivation, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and optimize marketing activities.
  • Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns using relevant communication channels.
  • Manage and analyze reports to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement.
  • Support the development of new and improved bonus mechanics to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regional content regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the online gaming industry, preferably with CRM expertise.
  • Proficiency in operating CRM tools, such as Optimove or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of local gambling regulations, advertisement restrictions, and marketing possibilities.
