Job Description:

The Project Manager is a critical role in ensuring the success of our customer projects in their region (primary) and potentially other countries in the territory (secondary). The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects within budget, time, and quality, while also overseeing the commercial aspects of these projects (project profitability, resourcing, margin).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a coherent and consistent Project Initiation Document (PID) and Project Execution Strategy that brings together the business need, the proposed solution, and the preliminary plan for scope, time, and cost.
  • Execute proactive stakeholder management during the project.
  • Utilize manual and automated tools, such as Gantt charts in Microsoft Project, to schedule and track progress of the work performed.
  • Define clear and unambiguous scope of the project in terms of processes, deliverables, user groups, geographies, applications, data, and infrastructure.
  • Manage project roles and responsibilities, deliverables, time estimates, and resources (including personnel, technology, and equipment).
  • Ensure a clear and communicated Change procedure for scope changes is in place, validating each Request for Change (RFC) on impact on Scope, Budget, Time, and Risk.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering projects within budget, time, and quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to utilize manual and automated tools, such as Gantt charts in Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
