About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Sales Specialist to join our team at SDL Property Auctions (Part of Eddisons). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties from listing to sale, ensuring seamless communication with buyers, sellers, and agents.
  • Support buyers through the registration process, ensuring they are bid-ready and prepared for auctions.
  • Coordinate viewings, answerphone calls, and maintain regular contact with stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting our legal pack and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service and make recommendations to your line manager.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to obtain property particulars for pre-marketing status.
Requirements
  • 12 months experience in the property sector and customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail.
