About the Role

We are seeking an Event Execution Specialist to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Meetings and Events Operations Lead, you will be responsible for working alongside the General Manager and Sales team to deliver exceptional events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the General Manager and Sales team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Coordinate with the catering, events, and marketing teams to deliver a high-quality experience
  • Proactively problem-solve and think on your feet to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
