About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and engaging Bingo Caller to join our team at Mecca. As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present bingo games in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, ensuring a stress-free experience for all guests.
  • Be responsible for all events from beginning to end, ensuring seamless execution and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge on bingo games and events, ensuring consistency across the estate.
  • Prepare all event content, games, prizes, and equipment ahead of events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Collaborate with venue teams to brief them on event timings, plans, and responsibilities, ensuring a cohesive and effective team effort.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our entertainment delivery, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Support, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional events and customer experiences.
  • Play a lead role within the calling team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members before, during, and after events.
  • Build strong relationships with the floor team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience for guests.
