About the Role
We are seeking a charismatic and engaging Bingo Host to join our team at The Rank Group. As a Bingo Host, you will be responsible for creating an exciting and entertaining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Present bingo games in a clear and inclusive manner, ensuring a stress-free experience for all guests.
- Be responsible for all events from beginning to end, including preparation and execution.
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of bingo games and promotions.
- Work closely with venue teams to ensure seamless execution of events and entertainment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our entertainment delivery.
- Support and develop the team to deliver exceptional events.
- Build strong relationships with the floor team and customers to create a memorable experience.
Requirements
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of bingo games and promotions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
