About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Clinical Support Service team. As an OT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy interventions to patients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy plans, ensuring patient-centered care and effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients, their families, and carers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Advocate for occupational therapy services, promoting their value and importance within the organization.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience in an inpatient setting, preferably in areas such as Orthopaedics, Stroke Neuro Rehab, Frailty, General Medicine, Surgery, or A&E.
