Hours: 40 hours per week

About UsTRC Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a well-regarded residential care facility. This establishment is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and adheres to all pertinent legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the facility complies with all regulatory standards, particularly those set by the CQC, while maintaining exceptional care and support for residents.
- Oversee the financial management of the facility, ensuring that budgetary goals are achieved and expenditures are controlled.
- Continuously assess and enhance the facility's performance, pinpointing areas for improvement and executing necessary adjustments.
- Effectively manage risks to ensure a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff.
Applicants should possess:
- Previous experience in managing a residential care facility.
- A solid understanding of CQC standards with a proven history of striving for Outstanding ratings.
- A successful track record in marketing and business operations within the private care sector, demonstrating the ability to run a financially viable care home.
- A passion for fostering high standards of person-centred care.
- The capability to contribute actively to the growth and development of the care service.
