About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Service Director to lead our medium-sized nursing home in Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and service
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve care and service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership position within a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care delivery
