Job Title: Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrator to join our team at Jackie Kerr Recruitment Ltd. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and assisting with accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Assist with accounting tasks, such as posting sales and purchase invoices on to SAGE and filing
- Send monthly statements and copy invoices to debtors after payment due date and follow up with phone calls to debtors
- Set up supplier payments at the end of the month, matching statements to invoices to be paid, and entering amounts on the bank for the end of the month payment run
- Perform general filing duties
Requirements:
- Use SAGE accounting software to assist with accounts
- Be able to match invoices to purchase delivery notes
- Enter purchase invoices onto job costing XL spreadsheets
- Send ProForma invoices and payment links
- Bank reconciliation on SAGE once a month
- Paying wages, PAYE, dividends, etc., and entering on SAGE
- Type delivery notes/quotes in Word
- Arrange courier/haulier
- Raise job bags
- Enter timesheet hours onto job bag costing sheets
- Be trustworthy and competent at prioritizing and working with little supervision
- Prior office environment experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 16:30, Friday: 09:00 - 12:00
