Your next employer is looking for a reliable Administrator to undertake general administrative duties and assist with accounting tasks.

Office Administrator Role:

  • Assist in general day to day operational efficiency and office management including answering the phones and email queries
  • Type up sales invoices from completed jobs in Word and send to customer
  • Post sales & purchase invoices on to SAGE and file
  • Post payments and receipts from bank statements on to SAGE
  • Send monthly statements and copy invoices to debtors after payment due date and follow up phone calls to debtors
  • Setting up the supplier payments at the end of the month, matching the statements to the invoices to be paid, entering the amounts on the bank for the end of the month payment run and then matching these payments on SAGE
  • General filling duties

Office Administrator Person Specification:

  • Use SAGE accounting software to assist accounts
  • Be able to matching invoices to purchase delivery notes
  • Entering purchase invoices onto the job costing XL spreadsheets
  • Send ProForma invoices and payment links
  • Bank reconciliation on SAGE once a month
  • Paying wages, PAYE, dividends etc and entering on SAGE
  • Type delivery notes/quotes in Word
