Job Title: Applications Support Analyst

Are you looking for a challenging role that will put your analytical and problem-solving skills to the test? We are seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst to join our Global Reconciliation Support Team.

Job Summary

As an Applications Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reconciliation applications. You will work closely with our Operations and Risk & Control teams to provide technical and business support, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to help the department and overall business succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for users of our reconciliation system, including resolving application issues and driving stability and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with regional teams to provide stable Production Support coverage to the business.
  • Assess risk and impact of production issues, escalating to the business and technology management in a timely and appropriate manner.
Requirements
  • Relevant Production Support experience in a financial domain is essential.
  • Experience in supporting reconciliation applications, including vendor products like SMARTSTREAM TLM, is preferable.
  • Good Unix/Linux and Python skills are required.
  • Experience with Monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos and AppDynamics is beneficial.
  • Experience working with Oracle Database and Middleware solutions like Tibco EMS and Kafka is an advantage.
