Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Linx Printing Technologies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our presence in the UK Midlands/North West sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other business metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in industrial automation, hardware, or capital equipment sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding of industrial printing and automation solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
  • Proficiency in sales administration, forecasting, and reporting, with experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
