Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and pipelining.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and customer accounts team to achieve optimum results.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitor intelligence.
- Engage with prospects and build rapport to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Qualify customer needs and communicate the value added through our products and services.
- Effectively negotiate pricing to meet customer budgetary requirements while ensuring profitability for the business.
- Record all prospect interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Deliver sales presentations to showcase attractive solutions and seal prospective deals.
- Work towards sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- 4-5 years' experience in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and new business acquisition.
- Experience in one of the following areas: shelving, point-of-sale (POS) displays, shopfitting, merchandising, or store development.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and IT proficiency.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to share insights with the wider team.
