Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and growing our business in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Directors and team to secure new projects and business
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management in the construction industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
