Job Description

The Senior Management Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Leading and reviewing timely production of internal financial reporting to Senior Management
  • Analyzing variances to budget/forecast and communicating key drivers to Senior Management
  • Conducting in-depth sales and margin analysis
  • Driving cost centre reporting and periodic reviews with key stakeholders
  • Assisting with the annual budget process and monthly forecasting
  • Managing inventory accounting, including ageing & provision calculations, working with key stakeholders to implement required processes and annual audit
  • Being responsible for global patent process and accounting
  • Improving internal control and monitoring of internal systems
  • Ensuring compliance and licensing with regulators
  • Implementing and enforcing accounting policies and procedures
  • Assisting with annual audit and preparation of statutory accounts
  • Responding to ad-hoc queries and involvement in projects as required
The Ideal Candidate

The candidate will have/be:

  • Experience within the manufacturing industry - Desirable
  • Stock/Inventory experience - Essential
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Essential
  • Strategic thinker with good analytical skills - Essential
