About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 sales representatives and provide support to other sales representatives across different departments.
  • Conduct weekly 1-1s with team members and hold monthly and quarterly sales meetings to ensure new product training, discuss challenges, and provide general support and learning.
  • Provide Key Account Management to existing businesses, maintaining strong relationships while growing sales.
  • Be a team leader providing support at all levels and become an expert on our product range.
  • Build up your relevant industry knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Experience within Farming, Agriculture, or a similar industry is essential.
  • Strong sales management experience and the ability to maintain and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Sales experience selling products and a driven, motivated individual with strong organisation skills.
