Job Opportunity:

Get Recruited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join a reputable and successful business in the Agriculture industry.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 5 sales representatives and provide support to other sales representatives across different departments.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members and hold monthly and quarterly sales meetings to ensure new product training, discuss challenges, and provide general support and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, growing sales and revenue.
  • Act as a team leader, providing guidance and support at all levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and become an expert on the product range.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Agriculture or related industry.
  • Strong sales management skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to sell products and drive sales growth.
  • Driven and motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
