About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales representatives to discuss performance, challenges, and goals.
- Hold monthly and quarterly sales meetings to provide training, discuss industry trends, and address any challenges.
- Provide key account management to existing businesses, focusing on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of our product range and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a strong team culture, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agriculture or farming industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on building strong partnerships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
