Job Description

About the Role:

Consult is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Management Specialist to support the development and execution of brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external agencies, to ensure brand consistency and drive growth.

  1. Develop and Implement Brand Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitive activities to inform brand decisions.
  3. Marketing Campaign Execution: Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, etc.) to reach target audiences.
  4. Product Alignment: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products align with brand identity and meet market needs.
  5. Brand Operations: Manage day-to-day operations related to brand management, including budget tracking, campaign performance, and agency coordination.
  6. Brand Performance Analysis: Analyze brand performance metrics and provide insights to improve brand positioning and market presence.
  7. Sales Alignment: Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
  8. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials to maintain a strong brand image.
