Job Overview

As a Business Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service to our contractors, sales partners, and internal teams. You will be the primary point of contact for contractors, managing queries, mid-contract changes, extensions, and offboarding while ensuring operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Expertise: Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contractor Relationship Management: Act as the sole point of contact for contractors, proactively seeking solutions and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into Allegis Internal systems and Salesforce.
  • Contractor Record Management: Update and maintain contractor records on Allegis Internal systems and Salesforce.
  • Time and Expense Support: Partner with Time and Expense Associates to resolve internal business queries and support the adjustment process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with sales partners and peers in other departments to support the strategic aims of the business.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Support the Time and Expense Associate and Sales Partners with ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Legislative Compliance: Understand and apply legislation affecting the business and contractors, managing change in line with legislation.
  • Right to Work Requirements: Understand and apply right to work requirements and restrictions, ensuring compliance with applicable contractors.
  • Policy and Compliance: Advise consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and other information affecting the business and/or the individual.
  • Project Support: Complete ad-hoc projects and duties as requested by the manager.
