We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our practice team. The primary responsibilities of this role include coding clinical letters into our electronic health record system and managing the workflow accordingly. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for secretarial duties, including audio-typing referrals and electronically distributing results.

To be successful in this role, you will require previous NHS experience, a strong working knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coding clinical letters into our electronic health record system
  • Managing workflow and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Audio-typing referrals and electronically distributing results
  • Providing administrative support to the practice team

Requirements:

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail

Salary: £23,362 - £25,368 pro rata depending on experience.
