Job Title: Part Time Team Leader Weekends

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Team Leader to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to the provision of quality services to meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and contribute to the provision of quality services to meet the needs of service users.
  • Monitor the effective use of staffing resources and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Provide hands-on support to staff and residents, including personal care and daily living activities.
  • Supervise and support staff, including updating support plans for residents and conducting assessments of staff performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate recording systems and reports to meet agreed standards.
  • Comply with health, safety, and security procedures, including medication administration and reporting accidents/incidents.
  • Support service users in developing skills and knowledge to live independently, and encourage social networks and relationships.
  • Perform the role of key worker for service users and comply with legislative requirements.
  • Take the lead in planning, monitoring, and reviewing service delivery plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • SCQF Level 6 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Ability and willingness to complete SCQF Level 7 in Social Services & Healthcare + 15 academic credits in Supervision and/or Management at SCQF Level 7.
  • Previous experience in the provision of care and coordinating activities within the workplace.
  • Strong leadership qualities, resilience, and ability to cope with changing needs and demands.
