This position calls for a collaborative individual with a blend of creativity and business acumen, coupled with the enthusiasm and commitment to enhance and grow the establishment alongside the General Manager.

We seek a leader who possesses the expertise to uphold and elevate the standards and reputation of our facility while fostering a thriving membership community and a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the gym.
  • Assume the duties of the General Manager during their absence.
  • Drive and achieve the commercial success of the business.
  • Ensure operational excellence within the club.
  • Meet and exceed established KPIs.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a successful team.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a management role within the leisure or fitness industry is essential.
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
  • Must hold at least a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and coordinating local marketing initiatives while managing a successful team.
  • Experience as an Assistant Manager or substantial experience in a similar operational role is preferred.
