Duty Manager - A Key Role at JD Gyms

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at JD Gyms. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the gym, including managing the team, maintaining high standards, and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym.
  • To assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
  • To drive the commercial performance of the business.
  • To deliver operational excellence in the club.
  • To recruit, train, and develop a team and lead them to success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry.
  • Passion for customer service and inspirational leadership.
  • Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
  • Experience in driving sales and coordinating local marketing activity.
