The Commercial Director will play a key part in the success of our client, a leading civil engineering company in the Midlands. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial team, including the Commercial Manager, Managing Estimator, and estimators/surveyors
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring the company's interests are protected
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive business strategy and decision-making

What You'll Need
