About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Commercial to join our dynamic team at Samworth Brothers Limited. As a key member of our Food To Go Commercial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results across our retail and coffee shop customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the launch of new products and services, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage and improve financial metrics, ensuring achievement of minimum gross margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
