Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our Technology Media Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and running a high-performing sales team, driving new business growth, and hitting ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Team Leadership: Lead a team of new business hunters in full 360 sales roles, driving top performance and achieving sales targets.
- Modern Sales Management: Employ innovative approaches to sales management, including cultivating a winning culture, coaching for long-term development, and implementing leading sales methodologies.
- New Business Development: Lead from the front, supporting and driving new business growth in our Technology vertical.
- Team Recruitment and Retention: Support in recruiting and retaining a 10+ strong team of SDR/BDE/BDMs within the Bristol office.
- Hunter Leader Mentality: Demonstrate a relentless desire to win new business through driving top performance in a team.
- Minimum 2+ Years Sales Management Experience: Ideally in Technology, Media, or Event sales, with experience working with a relatively short sales cycle of 2-4 weeks and order values of £10-50k.
- Inspirational Leadership: Be an inspirational and motivational leader who understands how to balance great culture, strong talent, and meticulous sales process.
- Effective Communication: Be an effective communicator, able to coach in challenging situations, motivate through the lows as well as the highs, inspire loyalty, and embody Hybrid's passion.
