Media Sales Director

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our Technology Media Sales Team, driving growth and success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Hybrid team, you will be responsible for cultivating a winning sales culture, leading from the front in delivering personal sales, and driving sales process best practice and momentum.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of new business hunters in full 360 sales roles, driving top performance and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Employ modern approaches to sales management, including cultivating winning culture, coaching for long-term development and success, and implementing leading sales methodology.
- Support and drive new business, leveraging data-driven decision making to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Hit ambitious new business sales team targets in our Technology vertical, working closely with the UK Sales Director and Global Sales Director to achieve success.
- Support in recruiting and retaining a 10+ strong team of SDR/BDE/BDMs within the Bristol office, fostering a culture of high performance, autonomy, and accountability.
- Hunter Leader mentality with a relentless desire to win new business through driving top performance in a team.
- Minimum 2+ years sales management experience, ideally in Technology, Media, or Event sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience of working with a relatively short sales cycle of 2-4 weeks and order values of £10-50k, with a strong understanding of sales process best practice.
- Inspirational and motivational leader who understands how to balance great culture, strong talent, and meticulous sales process, with a passion for driving growth and success.
- Effective communicator, able to coach in challenging situations, motivate through the lows as well as the highs, inspire loyalty, and embody Hybrid's passion.
- Driven, energetic, tenacious, confident, and determined to succeed in their career, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales and management methodology.
