Digital Media Director

The Nest Media is a fast-growing, boutique paid media agency seeking a talented Digital Media Director to join our team.
As a Digital Media Director, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing key Paid Social channels, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels. You will work closely with our senior team to deliver impactful and effective digital media campaigns that help our clients achieve their business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with clients to understand their marketing objectives and developing tailored digital media solutions.
- Creating and executing digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Social, Search, and Display.
- Optimizing campaign performance through data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborating with the wider team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £35k per year, plus a performance bonus scheme up to 20% of salary. You will also enjoy flexible hybrid working, IPA training and development courses, and a range of other benefits.

- At least 2 years of experience in Paid Media, with a focus on Paid Social.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital media campaigns.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
