We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Media Director to join our team at The Nest Media, a fast-growing boutique paid media agency in Bristol.\/p>h3>Job Role\/h3>p>As a Digital Media Director, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing key Paid Social channels, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels. You will work closely with our senior team to deliver impactful and effective digital media campaigns that help our clients achieve their business goals.\/p>h3>Key Responsibilities\/h3>ul>li>Working with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored digital media solutions\/li>li>Creating and executing digital media campaigns across multiple channels\/li>li>Optimizing campaign performance and providing regular reporting to clients\/li>li>Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Paid Media\/li>\/ul>h3>What We Offer\/h3>ul>li>A competitive salary of up to \u00a335k per year\/li>li>A personal and business performance bonus scheme up to 20% of salary\/li>li>A flexible hybrid working solution between remote and our Bristol city centre office\/li>li>IPA training and development courses\/li>li>A monthly gym or health membership contribution\/li>li>Private health insurance\/li>li>A pension with matched contributions up to 6% (12% total monthly input)\/li>\/ul>h3>Requirements\/h3>ul>li>Proven experience in Paid Media, with a focus on Paid Social\/li>li>Strong understanding of digital media channels and their applications\/li>li>Excellent communication and project management skills\/li>li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team\/li>\/ul>h3>What We're Looking For\/h3>p>We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients.
