Medical Sales Manager Opportunity

Progress Sales Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Manager to join our client's UK leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the UK sales team and driving business growth through strategic sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the UK sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS, Private Medical Market, and Business to Business sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership within the medical sector.
  • Pedigree in ensuring sales teams meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership style underpinned by ethics and passion for the medical market.
  • Strong business planning and organisational skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Relevant product experience in Operating theatre solutions, Orthopaedics, Advanced Wound Care, Theatre Supplies, Surgical Solutions, and Patient Hygiene.
  • Experience selling to or leading teams in hospital, CCG, and Business to Business sales.
