Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary
Job Description
- Manage maintenance requests, collaborating with suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Review and analyze maintenance reports, providing recommendations to the Production Manager and Facilities Manager.
- Work closely with the SHEQ Team and relevant departments to ensure compliance with RAMS, Inductions, and relevant permits.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of PPM, Ongoing Maintenance Record, and associated documents.
- Coordinate repairs and call outs from Defect Reports and internal checks.
- Track and record costs, raising and booking POs as necessary.
- Ensure waste carriers' licenses are up-to-date and accessible.
- Perform ad hoc tasks, attend meetings, and deputize as requested by the Facilities Manager.
- Some travel between sites may be required.
