As a Facility Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance and call-out requests, liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues, and working with the SHEQ Team to ensure compliance with RAMS, inductions, and relevant permits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance and call-out requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Work with the SHEQ Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of PPM, Ongoing Maintenance Record, and associated documents.
- Arrange repairs and associated call-outs from Defect Reports and internal checks.
- Keep accurate logs of costs and raise and book POs as necessary.
- Ensure waste carriers' licenses are up-to-date and accessible.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks, attend meetings, and deputize as required by the Facilities Manager.
