Role Summary

We are seeking committed and enthusiastic Senior Urgent Care Practitioners to become integral members of our team in Staffordshire. This opportunity is available on both a full-time and part-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

This position entails working within a multidisciplinary and multiagency team, fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality, evidence-based healthcare tailored to the immediate needs of our patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a commitment to high-quality service delivery and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborating closely with the Operational Team Leader/Shift Manager to assess and mitigate clinical risks associated with patient queues.

  • Assuming clinical responsibility for patient journeys and endpoints of care.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid registration as a nurse or healthcare professional with a minimum of five years of experience in urgent or primary care settings.
  • A solid understanding of urgent and primary care practices.
