5:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with one weekend shift every four weeks and a day off in lieu.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Exceptional patience and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the medical field is advantageous but not mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engaging confidently with clients, suppliers, and customers
- Responding to insurance inquiries via email
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Collecting comprehensive information from clients to accurately document details
- Working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team
- Scheduling appointments
- Effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders
