**Location**:Cuffley, Hertfordshire (on-site).

We have an exciting new position available in our Cuffley office.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance on projects and administrative tasks. This is a diverse role primarily focused on supporting the businesses global expansion, assisting with the international compliance requirements.

**Hours of work**

40 hours per week or could be undertaken part time, five days a week

Core working hours 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Office-based (5 days a week, Monday-Friday)

Salary

£28,000-£32,000 depending on experience and pro rata for part time workers

**Job Summary**:
We are growing worldwide and are looking to expand the Compliance Department. You will be providing administrative support with local filings and registrations across Europe. In your working day you will be asked to do the following
- Maintaining a database of compliance factors for each country we operate in and collating information on new regions.
- Carrying out international right to work checks for all employees travelling overseas.
- Tracking employee travel overseas and ensuring records are up to date.
- Performing compliance audits.
- Helping to develop better practices and policies for working overseas.

We are looking for someone that is organised and has attention to detail, as we need to ensure all communication is correct. You will be working with employee's personal details so proven experience in confidentiality is key to this.
