**About the Company**
Sópers House is a members club based in Cuffley, Hertfordshire. Our owners have created the perfect combination of corporate and leisure facilities, providing businesses and individuals the opportunity to work and relax, with the luxury of dining in our Restaurant and Bar. Sópers House includes office and meeting spaces, function rooms and theatre style presentation facilities, a gym, health and beauty rooms/services, restaurant, café, and bar.
**The Role**
As part of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering a best in class customer service experience to all visitors and clients utilising Sópers House. Your position will place you as the first point of contact for multiple businesses and your professionalism, courteous manner and enthusiastic attitude will need to be demonstrated at all times.
- Duties include:_
- Welcome all clients and visitors to the building, including announcing arrivals to resident businesses.
- Manage security for incoming guests, including escorting external visitors to meetings on all floors.
- Coordination and booking of meeting rooms, providing on the day support where required, and ensuring room facilities are as required.
- Ensure all clients and visitors are accounted for in the signing in system.
- Respond to incoming calls, managing connections to resident businesses and managing messages where required.
- Manage new client building tours, including an overview of available facilities, potential working space and community areas.
- Order and collect newspapers for the Reception Area.
- Support with any dry-cleaning orders or requests, and ensure bookings are processed correctly. Inform members when their dry-cleaning is ready to collect from Reception.
- Manage incoming post for the building and inform members or relevant head of departments to collect their business post from the Reception Area.
- Assist with booking reservations for the Restaurant and Events, and secure a deposit from the Reception Terminal Machine.
- Advise potential guests or members with upcoming in-house events, or offers within the building operation.
- Organise call-outs or repairs with the relevant engineers, and regularly updating contacts through our Building Management System.
- Issue of building passes and parking permits. Maintenance of the associated data.
- Manage memberships for the building and leisure facilities.
- Assist leisure users with queries on membership and class availability.
- General administration duties, including document creation, printing, filing and scanning.
- Attend staff meetings and briefings as and when required.

**What is expected of you**
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, Office Assistant or similar role
- Organised, efficient and have the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Building relationships at all levels
- Great time management skills
- Proactive, driven and great attention to detail
