Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Global Guardians, a leading property guardianship company. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategies and programs, supporting the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in achieving our business objectives.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to engage our key audiences, including property owners and local communities.
• Collaborate with the team to create brand content, including case studies, stories, and testimonials.
• Manage the administration of graphic design images, photography, and video content, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accurate.
• Design and create marketing collateral, content, and videos within brand guidelines.
• Update our website with current collateral to ensure engagement.
• Support property photography and attend marketing events as required.

• 2-5 years of marketing experience in B2C or B2B, with a focus on collaborative work with sales teams.
• Demonstrated capability in writing copy and content for various audiences and channels.
• Good photography and/or videography skills or willingness to learn.
• Previous experience with web content management, mailing systems, social media scheduling, and design packages.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Marketing data collation and analysis.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, with marketing experience.
• Preferably have or working towards a Marketing qualification (Chartered Institute of Marketing).
• Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize work to achieve deadlines through productivity, diligence, and professionalism.
• Operates within brand guidelines.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
