Role Purpose

The Private Client Specialist will play a key role in supporting our clients with their estate planning needs. This will involve:

  • Reviewing existing estate planning documentation to ensure it meets our clients' evolving needs.
  • Preparing and advising on wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Providing expert advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and other relevant areas.
  • Assisting with the implementation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our private client team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Providing supervision and support to junior team members.
  • Efficiently managing administration, billing, and cost recovery.
  • Contributing to the implementation of our departmental and firm-wide business plans.
