About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Manager to join our Performance Team at Marlborough Highways. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement and innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business improvement strategy, aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement process improvements, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and lead an internal business improvement forum, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout our organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through innovative solutions.
  • Lead the production of internal and external innovation reports, showcasing the benefits and effectiveness of our approach.
  • Work closely with our bid and marketing teams to promote our successes and best practices through case studies, social media, and industry award events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business transformation, operational excellence, or process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to various audiences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy, with expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
  • A good understanding of highways term maintenance contracts, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
