- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit accurate and measurable requirements, and deliver business change iteratively.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Utilize collaboration tools such as Visio, Mock Flow, and Miro to facilitate communication and collaboration with team members.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be adaptable to a changing environment and able to resolve conflicting priorities.
- Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business operations and be able to analyze complex business problems.

- Education and Qualifications: Studying towards a formal BA qualification or equivalent experience.
