About Our Exciting Digital Transformation Journey

Chelmsford City Council is embarking on a transformative journey, leveraging new technologies and application development to revolutionize the way our business teams work and deliver services to our customers.

We are seeking a talented Digital Business Partner to join our team and contribute to this exciting initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting our ERP system, as well as applying Agile methodology to analyze, create, and implement project backlogs for updating existing services and onboarding new services to our MS Dynamics platform.

As a Digital Business Partner, you will also conduct business process reviews with relevant service owners and create detailed business cases where necessary.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis, split between our offices and home.
