About the Role
TDM Recruitment is working with a leading house builder and place-maker to strengthen their team with a senior land manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and acquiring new sites in the East Midlands area, working closely with land agents and housing associations to secure new sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing off-market land for purchase and development.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with housing associations and landowners.
- Liaising with internal and external consultants to manage projects through the development lifecycle.
- Overseeing legal, planning, and design consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Staying up-to-date with town planning policy and regulations.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in a property-related field.
- Proven track record of successful land deals and acquisitions.
- Detailed understanding of the planning application and appeals process.
- A strong network of contacts in the land agency world.
