**Business Development Manager - Healthcare Revolution**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Simplyhealth. As a key member of our corporate sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships with intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Proactively Manage Intermediary Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of intermediaries to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
  • **Strategic Business Development**: Create and implement intermediary account plans to maximize growth opportunities across each portfolio.
  • **Pipeline Management**: Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, including both PPA and individual client opportunities.
  • **Preferred Provider Agreement Management**: Strategically manage Preferred Provider Agreement relationships with Intermediaries, host quarterly business review meetings, and update senior stakeholders on performance.
  • **Product and Service Expertise**: Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our health plans and be able to articulate their benefits to clients and end-users.
  • **Competitor Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with competitor products and services, including links to related health and wellbeing services such as Private Medical Insurance.
