Employer Engagement and Business Development Lead

Nescot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employer Engagement and Business Development Lead to join our Customer Engagement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all areas of the college, delivering apprenticeships, full-cost, and government-funded training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across all areas of the college, focusing on apprenticeships, full-cost, and government-funded training.
  • Employer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, curriculum teams, and students to identify opportunities for talent pipelines, work placements, supported internships, and adult skills provision.
  • Business Development: Work closely with employers to develop and implement business development strategies, focusing on apprenticeships, work placements, and adult skills provision.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all customer groups, ensuring seamless interactions and support throughout the customer journey.
  • Apprentice and Learner Support: Support apprentices and full-time learners in finding employment and placements, and provide guidance on career development and progression.
  • New Opportunities: Source new apprenticeship opportunities from employers and match suitable candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for the college.
