Employee Engagement Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Manager to develop and implement people engagement/customer experience initiatives that drive business outcomes. As a key member of our HR team, you'll lead on the evaluation and improvement of the People Experience journeys to ensure best-in-class employee experience across all employee life cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver an employee feedback tool (Peakon) across the organisation, ensuring strong stakeholder management.
  • Work with the Internal Comms team to execute the communication plan and ensure the highest level of engagement.
  • Extract, interpret, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights that drive improved employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead on tactical activities, training, and research to improve compliance to system use and encourage leaders to own and take action.
  • Build effective working relationships with key teams to ensure that the people experience journey and principles are aligned with the wider customer experience proposition.
  • Act as a role model, leading, coaching, and mentoring others to promote the adoption of evidence-based and innovative practices.
